If I can't get the casino games to work, will I get my

My computer froze / crashed in the middle of a game.
What happens to my bet?
Our computer database records every bet/deal/roll/spin you
make. The server remembers where you are in a game, even if
your computer crashes or freezes up. All you have to do is re-boot
your computer and/or Internet browser and log into the Casino.
Go back to the game you were playing and you will find that
the computer allows you to pick up right where you left off.
I was in the middle of playing and my system crashed/froze/lost
my connection. Now every time I try to log back in it says my
password is wrong.
Unfortunately your computer doesn't tell our computer what
happened. Our system thinks that you're still logged in. Please
wait 15 minutes so the system automatically logs you out. Try
logging in again.
I have money in my account, but I can't place a bet or
play.
First, look at your BALANCE. You may not have enough credits
left in your account to place the bet you are attempting to
make. If you have only $4.50 in your account you can't place
a bet at our card tables. You either need to deposit more money
or play at a game with a lower minimum requirement. We have
games from $0.25 to $5.00 minimum bet requirements.
What kind of hardware and software do I need to play
the games?
You need a PC running Windows3.1, Windows95, Windows98 Windows2000
or Windows XP to run Portofino Casino. You will need 9.6MB of
disk space to install our games. You need to download the Portofino
Casino software and install it on your computer.
What happens if I lose or forget my Password?
If you lose your Password, you will need to contact us and
prove to us that you are the owner of the account. We will need
to know your account history and various account details, including
your email address, your home address, and your name. We will
investigate, and reset your Password and notify you by email.
I've opened an account, but I don't see my free promotional
signup bonus in my balance?
The signup bonuses are coupons which you are listed on our
promotions page, if you failed to use one and made your deposit,
